January 2010- Stalls are built, does are starting to bag, and we are excited to begin our
kidding season. We have eight kids spoken for, be sure to e-mail or call (Contact Us) if you would like to reserve a kid from this spring's kidding. We plan on breeding 5 does in April for fall kids.
December 2009- Can it be that this year has passed so quickly? We are in our first "cold"
week- this weeks highs are supposed to be in the teens. I am glad we waited to have February kids this season. We finished
expanding the barn and are working on building stalls. Hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
November 2009- Wow...I don't think we had a fall this year. Its been below freezing since
September at night! We are in the process of expanding and re-doing our shed into an actual barn. With 7 does kidding in February
we needed more than the 4 stalls the shed offered. Only one day of snow so far, and it didn't stick!!!! Can't believe there
is only one more month of this year.
October 2009- OctoBoer was a fun show, our percentage doe, Sandy, took home two 2nd place
ribbons. She was literally pulled out of the pasture and had the dust blown off her. Coaco added to his already impressive
record with another Sr. Championship and a Reserve Sr. Championship in Saturday's shows. We are taking Coaco home on the 23rd.
He's headed to White House Boer Goats to cover some of Elise's pretty girls.
It looks like we are set to have 7 does kid in the first two weeks of February, so start checking then for kids for sale!
September 2009- Coaco has been hard at work covering our does. We are getting very excited
to see next year's kid crop. We are gearing up for the last show of the year: OctoBoer, in Walla Walla. This is a fun, laid
back show.
